功能與特點

本機采用國外先進設計理念，采用三組墻板固定折接臂，實現折疊臂的穩定無額抖

折整皮帶采用單獨動力，每組皮帶都有一個電機來帶動皮帶，這樣可以延長皮帶的使用壽命，減少皮葡的漲緊度。本機采用真空吸附傳送紙板，確保紙板在運行過程中的穩定性及糾偏功能折疊部加裝三道壓線，補償印刷機壓線不實的功能，解決糊箱的剪刀差糊頭采用日本進口巖田噴膠裝置[可涂膠)。電腦自動換單，自動存儲訂單，

計數排出部采用下落式進紙方式，雙拍齊功能從而解決了紙箱的前刀差問題排出部采用直推式，從而解決了傳統提構式排出，小紙板倒增的問題。

印刷部與期箱郵可實現差速聯動，可輸入紙板總寬度，粘箱皮帶可自動跟蹤，實現紙板與紙板間距最小間距5-10cm，來降低皮荷速度，提高糊箱的速度，降低不必要的皮帶腐損。
